We offer a variety of tree nuts in addition to walnuts including almonds, macadamia, pecans, and pistachios. Our capabilities include pasteurization, dry roasting, seasoning, nut butters, and jarring. Our state-of-the-art facility is capable of handling complex formulations. We manufacture to industry specifications for ingredient applications or as retail finished goods.
We can pack nuts into 2 oz., 4 oz., 8 oz., 16 oz., and 2 lb. bags. We can also do 200 g. cans, 5 lb., 25 lb., and 30lb boxes. Nut butter can go into retail jars with P.S. labels or bulk drums. They can also go in Metapails, a 40 lb. eco-friendly alternative to bulky 5-gallon buckets.
We begin our processes with Napasol pasteurization, a steam vacuum pasteurization technique. This technique has been designed for food safety and allows us to integrate a validated 5 log kill step. Sterilization’s goal is to reduce microbial contamination and extending shelf without sacrificing quality. This means eliminating pathogenic germs and maintaining a low bacterial count. Napasol is an environmentally friendly system which we understand is important to many of our customers.

We can grind just about any nut to make perfect spreads or give it a finer grind for plant-based milk.
